Getting lean sounds like a very simple process. You enter a calorie deficit, set your macros right, do some resistance training, and eventually get to your goal physique. However, when we look at the real world, most people struggle to lose body fat and get anywhere under 20% body fat. Sometimes this is because people want to 15% body fat and below fast and they can’t sustain it. Other times, they make a lot of fat loss mistakes on their journey and slowly get discouraged over time since they do not see results.

This is why in this video, I cover 3 big mistakes I see guys make all the time that keeps them stuck above 20% body fat. And if you’re in the same situation, I’m confident fixing these mistakes will help you get lean. I also dive into a simple process you can use to improve your diet to finally get lean and shredded (of course, depending on your goal).
