The USA's Natalie Richards will make her international debut next week, as she prepares to face off with France's Jade Jacob in the 57kg class.
Richards, who earlier this year became the first woman in the class to break the 500kg total barrier, has her eyes set on taking home the IPF world title, something no American has done since Jennifer Millican in 2018.
Taking that win would almost certainly also secure a spot for Richards at the Sheffield 2024 Powerlifting Championships. Can she take home the gold in her first year on the world stage?
