If your goal is to get lean and you've never been below 15% body fat, then there are a couple of things you have to know about this journey. First and foremost, getting to 10% body fat or 12% body fat is not easy. This will be one of the most difficult things they've ever done with their fitness for most people. Moreover, people make many mistakes with their diet and nutrition, which makes it incredibly difficult to get below 15% body fat.

This video shows my experience with getting below 15% body fat and staying in the 10 - 15% body fat range for over six years. I point out 4 different mistakes people make when it comes to getting lean, and I hope you can learn from my experience instead of figuring out everything by yourself.
