My thoughts on the build
Board:
Crazy value especially when it is 50% off on Taobao from the official Keychron shop, the gasket provides a softer typing experience with some flex. I used the stabilizer stock as I think it is almost perfect already anddd I am lazy... RGB is clean with clear housing switches. The only downside is the stock performance as it is super pingy which they could fix easily by putting a thicker silicon dampener that acts as a force break mod. Did not try the included steel plate so no opinion on the plates.
Switches:
The pre-lubed version is more clacky than the hand-lubed as the amount is just enough to get rid of spring pings. Both hand lubed or pre-lubed feel very smooth with minor stem wobble due to the "wall stem" design but I do feel a very light resistance of pre-lubed compared to my hand-lubed switches. I filmed the spacebar with Deskey Film and it only sounds slightly deeper. I would recommend getting the pre-lubed version if you are a beginner and don't want to go through the long lubing process. Filming is not necessary imo
Keycaps:
Cheap and great quality, only a few bend keycaps but not noticable. I never owned a real GMK set so I cannot compare but the PBT feels really solid and the printing is clean.
