EUROVISION SPECIAL! This evening it's Eurovision Song Contest here in Sweden (Malmö) and I take the opportunity to share some rare and more forgotten Eurovision related tracks from the 70's and 80's.

Alex, or Alexandra Naumik, was one of Norway's most talented pop and rock artists since the 70's until she passed away in 2013. In 1986 she participated in the Norwegian preselection for Eurovision (Melodi Grand Prix) for the third time with the song "Fri", a remarkably well composed synth disco banger. But she ended up second last, and the song was never released on record. It's only available on the collection cassette with all songs from the Melodi Grand Prix 1986.
