Misaligned Textures is an ongoing MIDI project that endeavors to create as much music for Doom as possible. The title derives from the haphazard quality and tone of my musical output. Many of these MIDIs were created with a very specific method: I used a random number generator to pick a lead, bass, keyboard, drum set, and one additional random instrument, giving myself limited time to compose in the hopes that haste and spontaneity would bear fruit. Sometimes it did, sometimes it didn't.
