This is me doing an acoustic cover of The Promise Ring song "Things Just Getting Good" from their 1999 album entitled Very Emergency. They were a great band from Wisconsin that broke up and then became Maritime, not sure if they are still together however. I can't stand the "emo" label, especially what it has come to represent. These guys just write good catchy pop songs. Here's my version of one. My new original music here:
