The LPG gas crematorium has consists of modern cremation furnace to cremate dead bodies of human upto the temperature 1200 degree centigrade with a dead body charging Trolley and up down moving furnace door operation. The cremation furnace is capable to cremate upto 10 bodies per day for 8 hours operating the Gas Crematorium.
The cremation furnace ha got ash drawing facility in the rear side of the furnace.
The Cremation furnace has consists of 4 Automatic Gas burners system with 5 manual LPG gas burners system with LPG Bank and LPG gas pipe line system with TATA grade pipes.
The LPG gas crematorium has Wet scrubber system made up of stainless steel to clean and cool the flue gas comes out from the cremation furnace.
The Crematorium is equipped with suitable capacity of ID Fan made up of Stainless Steel with a Motor to draw the smoke from the Furnace and develop a negative pressure in the furnace during the cremation furnace.
The Crematorium is equipped with 100 feet or 30 Meters Guy supported stack chimney to pass out the smoke during the cremation process.
The LPG gas crematorium has equipped with a control panel board to operate all electrical equipments related with crematorium machineries and the control panel board is made up of CRCA sheet finished with neatly powder coated painting and this fitted with digital indicators, control switches, MCBs, switches etc.
In the LPG gas crematorium , average time for one body cremation is 45-60 minutes and the required LPG gas is around 1 cylinder ( this may increase or decrease depend of number of bodies, frequency of body cremation, weather conditions and condition of the corpses to cremated.
