Annotations:
"The one I love is everything to me now" - To be a bit more precise, "The one I love is everything to me [the way that I am] now".
"Emptiness spreads into my body" - I was thinking quite a bit about my choice of words here. What I translated as "emptiness" is more literally "poverty" or "lacking", but what is being conveyed is feeling as if something inside oneself isn't enough, and thinking about it I realized in English we might more commonly use the expression "to feel empty" for this.
During the studio version, there are also some background vocals that weren't used in this performance. I also translated what is spoken in the original version:
"Dad, mom. I decided to live with him in Tokyo. I understand fully well that it's stupid. I am not a child anymore after all. I can think for myself. I’m sorry. Please forgive me this final selfishness of mine…"
