"Tomorrow is something I cannot change" - The last word of this line (in the original) either means "something", like how I translated it, but it could also be a grammatical device indicating reason and emphasis. Either way, the meaning wouldn't change much.
"It's alright now" - Meaning "I have seen plenty, so it's enough." and whatever you make of that interpretation-wise.
