More footage of Sam, Ron and Leroy flying their gyrocopters gyroplanes at Jaspers Brush in 1996, after flying up from Moruya NSW. Jaspers Brush airfield is just north of Shoalhaven, NSW, a fantastic Navy airfield used by many people with ultralight aircraft like Trikes and Thrusters/Drifters. One weekend we went to fly there but there had been an incident and the Navy were trucking a broken or damaged airplane, possibly from a crash.

Sam and Leroy are flying their Rotax machines... I cant remember who had the tall tail Dominator style of machine, nor the 2 seater.

Once again, sorry for the poor quality of these videos. They were rescued from well worn VHS tapes... the washed out images and sound bars are unavoidable from the damaged tapes... and the quality loss from transferring to digital. I am putting these videos here more for nostalgia and prosperity, not because I think they are fantastic in any way. They also can give others ideas on what they can build even today.
