Matt Embree came out to say hi to us after the show. Joseph Troy did too, and he played some kind of word game with us involving the phrase 'I guess so'. He also told us he had been drinking a lot of vermouth, lol. Steve Choi was there too and made some funny comments to some fans who thought they got a picture of someone's mother while they were on stage. Steve: "Well... my mom is very Asian. And Matt's mom is not.. (everybody laughs)." :P
There was also a VIP package in which fans were given a pre-show performance along with a band meet and greet to go with their Covers EP and autographed tour poster. Those packages sold out very quickly.
Matt Embree: Didn't mean to make such a grand entrance.. I just rocked so hard that I had to vomit backstage. That's what happens when you take a 2 year break. Anyways, it's great to be back. You can see the entire clip before the song '...And the Battle Begun'.
San Francisco was the Rx Bandits' 1st city on the tour to celebrate the 10 Year Anniversary of the release 'The Resignation'. San Francisco was also the last city on the band's Farewell Tour in 2011. Same venue as well! The album was performed front to back, with a 5-song encore. Usually the setlists use shorthand and nicknames for the song titles, but in this case, all the names were written out as they are in the CD.
