R.I.P. David Wayne....vocal God. After David Wayne quit the band Metal Church (or was fired depending on who you ask) he put together this band featuring Heretic band members (his replacement in Metal Church, Mike Howe's band) and released 2 EP's and 2 full length albums. This is off their first full length World Won't Miss You from 1990. I was listening to Metal Church's debut when it came out and my brother told me to turn that s##t off. I didn't, I turned it up and to spite every one who told me I'd grow out of it I became a heavy metal DJ at 92.9 KKID and had a show for 6 years, 6 hours every Saturday night. And to this day I tell everyone to kiss my ass when they say heavy metal sucks. Long live The Reverend...
