On a recent trip to Ray’s indoor bike park, I recorded myself setting up a few Godox Ad100 Pros and taking pictures in a couple of locations. Even though I have been there many times using off camera flash this was my first time recording how I work. I wanted to share this thinking it could help someone who has never been there, or to help someone new to using off camera flash by seeing the settings I used.

This was recorded with the Insta360 X3 and DJI Wireless Mics.
