New Machine Day! | Unboxing & Install | Sunnen HTA-4100 Honing Machine

We are very excited our new machine has arrived and it’s a big one! This is our brand new Sunnen HTA-4100 Horizontal honing machine that we have wanted for a long time and worked very hard to make happen. This honing machine is almost 10 Metres (32’ feet) long and we will now be able to hone cylinder barrels up to 4.1 metres (13’ feet) in length. In this video we show the unloading, unboxing and installation of the hone. We also setup the oil tank, machine up new feet and get the hone levelled. Plus we unbox all of the tooling that came with the machine and setup the drive shaft with the honing head. We can’t wait to get this machine fired up and put it to work!
