"Never Too Young" was ABC's cross between "Beach Blanket Bingo" and "General Hospital." The show aired from September 27, 1965, and June 24, 1966, and focused on a group of teens who frequented a beach club in Malibu. Performances by popular musical artists were frequently featured. Unfortunately, the show never really caught on, and it was replaced by "Dark Shadows." Featured in this premiere episode are Tony Dow (best known for "Leave It To Beaver") as Chet, Tommy Rettig (from "Lassie") as Jo Jo, Patrice Wymore as Rhoda, Cindy Carol as Susan, Pat Connelly as Barbara, Robyn Grace as Joy , David Watson as Alfie, and Michael Blodgett as Tad.
