After many months of projects we have FINALLY completed our workshop expansion! In this part 3 video you will see one of the machines in the workshop get scrapped. And to move it we need to use our machine skates, yes THOSE skates 😅 We get all the wheels on the skates replaced so we can move the machine outside ready for the scrap collector. We also get CTB road base spread and compacted in our outdoor welding & fabrication area and to do that we hired a Hitachi 6.5T excavator. And we also move ALL the machinery in the workshop to put them in a layout that is going to work best. We used the yard crane, forklift, machine skates and shop made hydraulic toe jacks to get all of our heavy machinery moved safely. Of course, it’s not a real project without something going wrong! All of these projects were a big plan to gain a lot of space in the workshop because we have a new machine arriving very soon…
