Addison packs up and leaves her husband in the middle of the night, taking their daughter Emily. She gets help from Sam and Naomi who take them in while Addison tries to get a new life in order for her daughter. She confides in Sam and Pete about the abuse and begins work at the Wellness Center, buying a house and setting up a happy life for her and her daughter.
