The Bandits Three return to the subway to stage their own (Underground) Tiny Desk Concert! Feast your ears on their signature tune “Love in the Underground” crooned in three part harmony to the reverberations of a Brooklyn subway station. Read below for a word from your Bandits:
"5 years ago two of us met on an L train platform. That a casual acquaintance could bloom into such a radically fruitful collaboration did not occur to us at the time, but we did notice something special when we all began playing together, busking at subway stops and street corners and tapping into the mysterious and mischievous undercurrent of this metropolis. Since then we've all grown into ourselves, found our community around the world, and embarked on countless adventures fueled by a steady stream of chance encounters. It's funny how the little trifles of modern life (a missed connection, an empty platform, an echoing train station) can amount to a push toward destiny."
