TLDR I studied abroad last Fall (2022) with the USC Paris Program and now I'm reflecting back on last semester from home in the US, several months later.
At the time when I was filming this content I wasn't sure I wanted to talk about how much I was struggling to enjoy life in Paris because I was afraid it would come off really ungrateful, when in reality if I was offered this chance all over again I'd take it in a heartbeat. Truth is, you can be going through it no matter where you are, how idealized/not your location is. Plus when I looked back at this footage I really couldn't bring myself to just romanticize all of it so instead I decided to make my job a lot harder and try to analyze and unpack all my mixed feelings ✌️😙 Hopefully this is helpful for someone out there tho!

I don't know if I'll keep doing videos like this since it took so intensively long and I'm still not sure if I got too personal or not but I'm content with how this video turned out for now so I figure I'll leave it :^)
