About Buried In The Ground:
This song was written on acoustic guitar in my family home. I took it to my producer Jeremy Drakeford and we replaced elements of the acoustic style with 808 bass and punchy drums to make it a more aggressive pop feel. This songs speaks of the hurt going on in the world and the role we all have in trying to make it a more enjoyable and loving place to live. The old saying of only having one life so live it is the essence of this song. 'Open up our hearts and open up our souls, let it pour out. Until we're buried in the ground'.
