This is a playthrough of the game that started the entire Metal Gear Solid series, all the way back in 1987. It was simply titled "Metal Gear" (rather than "Metal Gear Solid").

It is of course, very dated. However, many of the most iconic elements of the Metal Gear Solid series stem from this game.
