Kuwaiti Parliament Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim spoke at the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union Conference in Amman, Jordan, on February 8, 2020. Al-Ghanim said that “the Deal of the Century was born dead” and that it was rejected by the Palestinians as well as the Arabs and Muslims. He added that “nobody supports this monstrous formula”. Al-Ghanim held up a copy of the Deal of the Century and said that this document belongs in the garbage bin of history. He proceeded to toss it into the trash. The conference was aired on Al-Majlis TV (Kuwait).
