All but one are Acer palmatum cultivars and they differ in growth habit, including height, leaf colour and leaf shape.
Often they are referred to as laceleaf maples, and this is because of the dissected foliage this varies depending on cultivar.
They also differ greatly in growth rate. Many are grafted so height will be determined by the grafting process. In terms of width, most will reach a natural width, however some pruning to relieve congestion is recommended and we look at that in another video.
