A virtual group medley of two classic holiday favorites: "I'll Be Home For Christmas" and "(There's No Place Like) Home for the Holidays." Written as a tribute to the service men and women so far from home at the time, "I'll Be Home For Christmas" was first recorded by Bing Crosby in 1943. Perry Como had a big hit with "Home For the Holidays" in 1954. We learned this song during our November 2021 virtual meeting.
