This would be one of my favorites from this game if they used the original recording instead of the '08 version, which apparently was just released this year as part of a rarities compilation album from The Sword. It's really odd that they Licensed out this version instead of the original, but whatever. I guess we just have to live with a clearly inferior version with worse guitar solos and vocals and an ending that was mysteriously cut short to exclude a big-rock-ending style outro.
Now that I ranted about that, now I can rant about the actual chart. Every squeeze is hard. The first squeeze is really hard, I missed it like 90% of the time. The second squeeze doesn't seem like it should be that hard, but for some reason I missed it relatively frequently. Maybe it was nerves after I had hit the first squeeze, idk.
The 3rd squeeze is an interesting one because it's a reverse ticks squeeze about halfway through that O sustain. I was never able to hit that note super late to backload the sustain with more ticks because it's immediately followed by a quick B O, and if you've played this game and have had to do a squeeze like this, you'd know it's very easy for the game to interpret your inputs and wanting to hit the O instead of wanting to hit the B. Think of the BO extended sustain section of the solo in The Trooper. It's honestly the hardest section in the song because I'm holding out those sustains all the way through. Same principle here. If I drop the sustain early, 1st place is out of the question, so I played it safe and didn't go for a ton of reverse ticks. I got just enough ticks to tie 1st place with Fug, and that's good enough for me.
