Glass Coffin employs an hasher and faster black metal infusing some punkness in it. He does not leave the musicality aside but gives the feel of a chaotic submersion and with the help of the nonstop pummelling from the drums, leaves no spare time to breath.
That is not to say we do not get some really nice riffs here and there that manage to surface or his awesome vocals and excellent drumming but it is as hateful as it can be.
As for the Oppressive Descent were shows a more creative side here than his counterpart with a less raw, but guitar driven black metal with loads of riffage to bedazzle the listener and also a track on dark ambient. This side, with this elements is a bit more focused on atmosphere.
With this setup does not show off his nice vocals as he could since they become too infused into the tremolo and the high speed drumming, yes amazing drumming too.
Both of them did a great job to merge their different styles and create an split that feels as an unit.
