Artist Biography: Dorian Electra is a singer, songwriter, filmmaker, and visual artist, known for her unusual pop music videos on economics and philosophy of mind. She is the creator of PARTY MILK and is a former vocalist of the Chicago-based dreamwave band, Magicks.
In 2010, Dorian wrote a love song to a dead economist "I'm in Love With Friedrich Hayek" and the music video went viral reaching over 175,430 views. This video launched her career and landed her a Wikipedia Page. Although Dorian's work since 2013 has moved away from economics, she continues to let her intellectual interests inspire her work.
