In case you haven't unlocked this quest, you can find Fin standing by a campfire on the slope located east of the Biron Snowshelf. Talk to him to get to know about Selmie, a famous shield surfer that has gone missing and needs to be found ASAP.
This is the location of Selmie starting from Fin's campfire.
After meeting Selmie, talk to her and then proceed to destroy the blocked path opposite where you came from to unlock the next step of the quest.
Finally, she'll ask you to meet her by her lodge northwest of Hebra Peak. Here is the location of Selmie's Lodge.
Talk to Selmie inside and she'll you the final reward for all your troubles: a strong Zonaite Shield for you to begin shield-surfing down the snowy slopes of Hebra mountain.
