Security cameras in a 7-Eleven in Australia caught a brutal axe attack where two people were struck with the weapon. The assailant was a young woman, who is shown calmly walking into the store and talking with customers before beginning her attack.

The crazed woman who attacked two people with an ax in an Australian convenience store was sentenced Friday to as much as nine years behind bars, according to a new report.

Evie Amati, 26, walked into a Sydney 7-Eleven in January 2017 and bludgeoned two customers in an unprovoked attack, severely wounding both, the BBC reported.

She also swung her weapon at a third customer but did not injure him.

“The risk of death was high in each case and the fact that death did not occur was entirely a matter of good fortune,” Judge Mark Williams said at New South Wales District Court, the BBC reported.

Security footage shown during Amati’s trial shows her approaching her first victim, Bem Rimmer, who was in line to buy a meat pie.

Back in July, Rimmer told the court that he initially thought the ax was a prop from a costume party — but then felt “an ill feeling, something wasn’t quite right,” as Amati came closer.

“I turned away and then I was struck, I was hit across the face, over my nose. It was like being king hit,” he said. “Then I stood up, the blood, I was bleeding profusely.”

Rimmer suffered a 4-inch facial wound and fractures, the BBC reported.

Then Amati clobbered her second victim, Sharon Hucker, near the door, fracturing her skull, according to the report.

She attempted to target yet another innocent customer, Shane Redwood, but he shielded himself with his backpack.

She was arrested shortly after the bloody ordeal, according to the report.

Amati had initially pleaded not guilty on mental health grounds during a trial last year — claiming that her mental health had deteriorated since she began taking hormones to transition from male to female — but the court rejected her argument.

She will be eligible for parole in 2021.
