I wanted to write a song about what it means to be a Newcastle fan over recent times, through the challenging times of the Ashley years right up to the dizzy heights and the feel-good factor we are seeing today. Once again, us fans are now counting down the weeks, days, hours, and minutes to the next match, and what a feeling it is!
The excitement of finishing up our weeks work and travelling to St James Park to meet family, friends and other fans at St James Park, singing from the terraces, watching the team we love giving their all for the club and witnessing the magic as it unfolds within it. This is a feeling like no other, we eat sleep and drink our football.
This giant of a club has now awoken once more and we count down to next season where the Champions League awaits and more priceless memories will be made!
