Let's do some gluten free and dairy free recipes for Shabbat! Its Friday morning and I am doing my Shabbat prep for the upcoming holiday of Shabbat that I celebrate with my Orthodox Jewish family since we are Orthodox Jews. I will talk about what I have done already, and then make roasted brussel sprouts, apple kugel, carrot muffins, and a cake pop dessert. I also have to deal with some diabetes stuff in there with my child who is a type 1 diabetic. And I do some other Shabbat prep like arranging the flowers for Shabbat. Apple Kugel
peel and chop 5 red apples, add to bowl with sugar and cinnamon, mix. In a separate bowl, mix 3/4 cup GF flour, 1/2 cup dairy free butter, 1 cup sugar, 3/4 cup oats. Put apples into baking dish, and spread topping evenly on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
