Here is our latest fully inline Box-Motion Shrink Machine project. This disposable cup packaging with cup counter aims to connect the thermoform-cups production machine to our high-speed Promotion 20 packaging machine without any human interaction.

First, we collect all disposable cups together at a buffer conveyor belt. Then, we convert the 30 cups/bundles to 60 cups/bundles using our servo-driven cup counter unit. With the cup counter unit, you get high certainty of cups amount per package. As seen in the above video, the whole process can be succeeded without manpower at a fully automated box motion shrink machine packaging line.
