Australian singer/songwriter (moved here from US as a young boy) grew up on a farm in Western Australia. He started writing songs at 14 eventually landing a record deal in 1970. His 1st major success was "I Am Pegasus" which made No. 2 in 1973. One of the most original singles of 1975, "Blue Chevrolet Ballerina" was released in March that year receiving widespread airplay but only charting at No. 38. All credit goes to Ross Ryan.
