Yesterday May 26, 2018 the Consolata Missionaries and friends attended the beatification of one of their Sisters, Leonella Sgorbati in Piacenza (North of Italy). Sister Leonella Sgorbati was killed in 2007 in Somalia by a group of " Al Shebab ". She was proclaimed a Martyr last year and her beatification celebration was done yesterday before thousands of people, from several parts of the World. The Holy Mass was presided over by the Cardinal, Mgr Angelo Amato ( the Prefet of the Congregation for the causes of Saints).
