In this talk, Mario will focus on the actual practicalities of Agile delivery in the real world. Where Agile works, and where it fails and often, why. We’ll take a look through a couple of high profile case studies, tactics to help smoothen out Agile acceptance and why ‘Digital Transformation’ shouldn’t be a ‘thing’ anymore.

This talk is for anyone and everyone who has an interest in Enterprise Agility or has been at the mercy of a Management Consultancy firm brought in to implement Agile into their organisation. If you’re an already established Agile practitioner out in the field, some of the examples in the talk will ring true for you!

About the Speaker

Mario has over a decade of experience deploying Enterprise Agility in the workplace. A former ‘techie’, from Banking to Aerospace, to Engineering & Media companies Mario’s worked on redesigning companies Target Operating Models from scratch, conducting Agile maturity assessments and being at the forefront of cultural change.

Making mistakes along the way and watching companies both benefit from Agile working practices and seeing others suffer through badly implemented digital transformation. He’s on a mission to cut the BS from Agile transformation.

Mario is a previous keynote speaker at the pay-to-attend Future Workplace Summit and Enterprise Agility Summit held in London’s Victoria Plaza for large organisations looking to change the way they work.
