I probably have overreacted the most on this video than out of any of my videos. On Friday, March 31st, a rare “HIGH” risk of severe weather was issued across southeast Iowa as well as far northeast Missouri and western Illinois. A supercell produced an large wedge EF4 tornado near the town of Ottumwa and tracked northeast close to my town. As the storm got closer, sirens had been sounded. They sounded numerous times, likely because of the large tornado getting closer and closer to my area. Thankfully it missed us and our house, but however some structures in my county were damaged from the storm. Some of the debris from the tornado was thrown all the way to my house and scattered debris over the ground. Somehow I didn’t lose any power, but most of my town had lost power after the storm. Temperatures also rapidly dropped after the storm. Temps were in about the high 60s during the day and by midnight it was in the mid to high 30s. Anyways thanks for watching! Recorded March 31, 2023.
